Bring light to dark times

“BRING LIGHT TO DARK TIMES”

So, it’s been such a long time since I’ve last written on my blog

Being a writer of positive messages, I had too many negative events happen and felt ashamed of not being able to find a “positive platform” to share with you all.

I’ve been struggling to stay positive every day for the last three months

But then, I found something. Something that has helped me so much

It’s only been 36 days since I started but I have noticed some great changes

I started meditating

Meditating has helped me more than I could ever imagine

I wake up at 6:30 am every morning just to have enough time to meditate before work

Anyone that knows me, understands sleep would always come first for me

Not anymore.

What comes first for me is mental clarity and peace now

I feel like I found a constant in a life that’s always changing

I also started being consistent in other areas of my life (I won’t bore you with details)

It’s been such a positive for me

Of course, I’m not walking around saying I’m Buddha quite yet

But I feel pretty great

If you are looking for a platform to find balance again, be more self-aware, more grateful and positive

Try “Headspace”

It’s an app that you can try out meditation for free

And it’s what I now use every day

Start out with the “basics” for 30 days and then pick whatever you want to improve on

“Anxiety, self-esteem, stress” and so on…

I hope this helps bring light to dark moments you encounter in your life

And remember, dark moments don’t define you, they simply make you stronger

XO,

Talita
